Established in 2023, the GADE Faculty Award for Early Career Achievement in Social Work Doctoral Education is given to a current faculty member at a member institution who has made significant contributions to doctoral education in the field of social work. This award celebrates contributions to doctoral education through teaching, mentoring, service, and/or leadership by an early career faculty member (within 3 to 6 years post-PhD/DSW) that have advanced doctoral education at the program/school, university, national, and/or international level.
